Refund policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Returns and refunds are accepted only when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, do not like the item or no longer want it. However, if you selected the wrong size, you may request a size exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is an issue, email Avena.work77@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect or incorrect item

We cannot assess a damage claim without photographic evidence. The item must remain unworn and unused, with its tags and original packaging.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Size exchanges depend on availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement item unless the incorrect size was sent by Avèna. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead. No refund will be issued for incorrect sizing.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact Avena.work77@gmail.com before returning anything. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

Customers receiving orders within the European Union may have a legal right to cancel and return an online order within 14 days without providing a reason. This applies regardless of our standard damage-only refund policy.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact Avena.work77@gmail.com.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
