SHIPPING POLICY
Avèna proudly offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package purchased, including its size, weight, quantity and delivery destination.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed every day, including weekends and public holidays. We aim to prepare and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 days.
Processing may take slightly longer during collection launches, sales or other high-demand periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
DELIVERY TIME
Worldwide delivery usually takes approximately 5–8 days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local courier services. Delays outside Avèna’s reasonable control may occasionally occur.
PRE-ORDERS
Products marked as pre-orders will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, quality inspections or unexpected delays. If an order contains both available and pre-order products, the complete order may be dispatched together once every item is ready.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the package purchased and its delivery destination. The exact shipping price will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch, the delivery issue was caused by Avèna or a refund is required under applicable consumer law.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges when entering the destination country.
Unless clearly included at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer. Avèna does not control customs charges or processing times.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned, any eligible refund may have the original shipping fee, return shipping costs and courier charges deducted where permitted by law.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact Avena.work77@gmail.com immediately. We’ll try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Avèna is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details will be emailed after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery location and contact members of your household, neighbours and the courier.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel is lost, contact Avena.work77@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll contact the courier and assist with an investigation. A replacement or refund can be considered once the courier confirms the parcel’s status.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item, damage and packaging
We cannot assess a damage claim without photographic evidence. Approved claims will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
RETURNED OR REFUSED PARCELS
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery or unpaid customs charges, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
If the customer does not want the order resent, any eligible refund may have the original shipping fee, return shipping costs and courier charges deducted where permitted by law.
