Slight differences in colour, placement or finish that naturally occur during manufacturing are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from Avèna. Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation.


We may decline or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock availability or incorrect customer information. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.


Please review your size, shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing begins.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT


Prices and promotions may change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed when your order is submitted.


Unless clearly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import charges or taxes that may be charged by the destination country.


You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.


  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of couriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Avèna is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Responsibility for the order passes to you when it is delivered to the address provided, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.


International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Avèna unless expressly collected at checkout.


  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS


Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Customers must provide their order number, a description of the issue and clear photographic evidence.


We do not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind or no longer likes an item, except where required by applicable law.


Wrong-size purchases may be exchanged within 30 days, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned with its tags and original packaging. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and additional shipping costs may apply.
